Fuel Sender

The fuel sender supplied is too long for the fuel tank.
The arm needs to be shortened so that the float travel matches the height of the tank.
The arm is cut in the centre and rejoinned using a large electrical cable connector

Scuttle, Fiewall & Dash Moumting

I wasn't happy with the standard of my first Scuttle, Firewall and Dash mount. So I ordered a replacement from GBS. The desigm had been modified and now has holes drilled for the wipers, windscreen and for a bolted mounting........much easier than my first attempt.

Side panel (drivers side)

Side panel finally installed, the panel had been trial fitted and drilled back in April but had been awaiting the hydraulic brake hoses to be installed. The panel was final fixed using glued and riveted.

Goodridge Brake Hoses

Invested in a full set of Goodridge hoses to replace the copper brake lines......ridiculously expensive but very nice.

Fitting the Side Panel - Passenger side

After connecting up the speedo and gearbox sensors I fitted the tunnel wall. Lets hope there are np more requirements for access as space is severly restricted.
If I do require access I will probably cut hatches.

Fitting the side panels was the longest task to date due to my choice to rivet every 50mm. The drivers side is ready to be fitted but the running of the front brake lines will be easier without the panel fitted.
